This (below) is the book that started it all. The perils and pitfalls of buying off the plan became a handbook for all apartment owners which the Age in Melbourne described as “the Lonely Planet of apartment living”. THE ULTIMATE GUIDE TO BUYING AND RENTING HOUSES AND APARTMENTS

The other book on this topic (below) is the modestly title “Ultimate Guide … ” (well, where do you go after you’ve written the “complete guide”?). It has much more up-to-date information and has a section on the new apartment laws in Victoria but it covers houses as well as apartments. SNITCH

Finally, nothing to do with strata but my latest book has everything to do with my other life (not as a crim … an author).  SNITCH is a first-person account, as told to me by a young bloke who got involved as a “foot soldier” in the underworld of Kings Cross in the 10 years leading up to the Wood Royal Commission into police corruption.

The Inspector (as he was and is known) knew the good guys and the bad guys on both sides of the law.  He has quite a story—as you will see from the TV series,  UNDERBELLY 3:  The Golden Mile.
