we the oc had back in 2010 a statement  of claim filed  against us by serviced apartments caretakers cleaner.
during the court case it was agreed with the judge that we pay all arrears less the interest
which we did  pay all in july of 2010.
now the serviced company have written to us saying that they are still owning interest for that period,the ec were trying to get the copies of the judgement to try to sort it out with the serviced company, then we are told today that they have garnishee our account without the court serving any paperwork. the strata management  first heard about it was when the bank called to let them know.The first application back in 2010 was address  to our strata management, the garnishee paperwork which the bank had forward  it to us  today had our old strata management address 2005-2008
can we file anything in court tomorrow to force the bank to stop the payment for this company(the bank has sent a cheque to the company today)the oc cannot afford a lawyer at this time .any ideas?
