Company Title
And you thought strata law was complicated ...

Company Title was basically invented so a bunch of people could get together and build apartments in the European model It predates Strata law by several decades and has its roots in company law. You tend to get Company Title in older (and grander) buildings and under it you don't actually own your property - just a share in the company that owns the building. Attached to that share is the right to live in your apartment attached to it. Confused? I can work but there are issues.
