My neighbour has been renovating for 4 months. It includes new bathroom and kitchen etc.there has been considerable hammering, drilling etc in the bathroom which has a common wall. The shelf to hold shower goods fell off. The worst damage is the pipe which holds the shore connection which has fallen off making it not possible to have a shower without holding the shower hose. I wrote a friendly letter to the owner asking if the handyman on the job could fix it. The reply was it would cost me to have the handyman fix it. I think it is the neighbours responsibility but would like your opinion please. Thank you.
