I live in a duplex and we therefore operate strata under a 2 lot scheme.
We have no major issues, but we now haven’t had an AGM in almost 18 months and we have tried scheduling one 3 times now, to which our neighbour has stated they are not available.
I have now emailed with a date (14 days notice) with attached minutes from last meeting, agenda etc, but wondering what happens if he doesn’t turn up?
Guessing there is no point going on without him as he is entitled to half the decisions? There are however, key items to discuss such as by-laws, window locks, and the recent building material he scattered over our front lawn!
