    Responding to existing questions is easy.  You just click on the heading and hit reply.

    Asking a new question is a little trickier – you have to find the appropriate sub-forum and click on “Create New Topic”.

    But never fear, help is at hand.

    If you are defeated by all this clicking, just post a reply here (in the window below) and we’ll try to find the right home for your question. Just make sure you are registered and logged-in first.

    I think you have answered your question. You have 3 members on your committee and only one opposed to the proposed course of action. Consensus is nice to aim for but not always achievable. Occasionally our committee would record in its minutes that a particular person dissented from a decision.
