we are smallish building in NSW and have a Strata Company ‘looking’ after the usual. Recently, we had an issue with charges for Workers Comp Policy – which all was reversed after many emails (we physically don’t employ anyone)
But – we now find in our Management Fees Tax Invoice for the month a new charge of Risk Compliance Fee = $165.00 per quarter. (no we were not notified – no we don’t know what this is – and to make matters worse we have a very new Strata Mgr so new SM is piled up with other stuff)
so does anyone know what this is about? before we go to more Senior Mgnt to find out what this is.
