      There is probably no greater waste of time and energy for Forum members than questions from one unidentified state answered by people from another.

      Strata laws in Australia could not be more different if the legislators, as their first priority, had set out to make them so.

      Things that are celebrated in Queensland are illegal everywhere else, committees have different names, processes are different and owners rights and responsibilities are often worlds apart.

      So please, whether you are are posting to the Forum , commenting or sending an email, let us know where you are from.  The easiest way to do this is when you register, by including your home state in your profile. 

      That way we can give you appropriate advice and at least avoid sending you done the completely wrong path.
