      Our retirement village in WA was established in 1988 there are 7 strata levels and 169 units.

      The top villas are 3.5 times dearer than the basic bedsits at the bottom but their unit entitlements are just over twice the basic bottom ones.

      The bottom pays 1% per year of value for fees and the top .7%

      I believe over east if this is contested and proven unfair then costs could be claimed against the Strata council.

      The cost of getting a revaluation is around $20000 making it impossible to contest.
