I am a renter in a complex of just over 100 , 1 and 2 bedroom units in Sydney. Our pool and gym has been shut since April. With weather warming up and NSW restrictions easing over the next 2 weeks, I’m still waiting on our Strata Management team to tell us what we should expect for our common area restrictions. But they are being very tight lipped. Is very frustrating. Are these restrictions about the safety of people? Or simply a risk mitigation Strategy that is protecting strata from legal worries?
