Those cats aren’t there because of the Ibis.
They are after the other small birds and rats that might be there.

But aside from that, it’s funny how the Government reduced the structual defects warranty claim period to 6 years not long after they gave us private certifiers.
Did they have some early indicators?Surveillance cameras are cheap these days……………available with very high quality too.

If the Contractor caused the damage, it would be claimed under his/her insurance rather than the Strata’s is my understanding unless they go bust or something and it would fall back to the Strata.
That’s a big problem.
